The ABWA mission is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

The mission of the Arlington Pacesetters Chapter is to help our members reach their full personal and professional potential, providing opportunities for skill and leadership development, friendship and support. We serve our community and enhance our chapter’s image through volunteer work and assist women seeking higher education by providing scholarships.
